Hepatrombin is a medicine with antithrombotic and tissues improving regeneration action for outward application.

Active Ingredients:
heparin, prednisolone and lauromacrogol
Therapeutic actions:
Hepatrombin is the hemorrhoids treatment combined drug. Heparin is a direct action anticoagulant. It activates antithrombin III, neutralizing a number of factors (XIIa, XIa, Xa, XIIIa). It breaks transition of prothrombin into thrombin. At local administration Heparin diminishes the likelihood of thrombosis, having anti-edem and anti-inflammatory action, promotes connective tissue regeneration. Prednisolone is a synthetic glucocorticoid, it has anti-inflammatory and antiallergic effect, it is an antipruritic substance, reducing burning sensation. Lauromacrogol 400 is a polyethyleneglycol group compound. It is a local sclerosant and analgesic substance.
What is it used for?:
external and internal hemorrhoids;
anal thrombosed hemorrhoids;
perianal fistula, eczema and itch;
anal fissure;
preparation for anorectal zone surgery;
as a part of combined thrombosed and postoperative hemorrhoids treatment.
Contraindications and cautions:
varicella and vaccination evocation;
vaccine mice evocation;
coagulation failure с disposion to hemorrhage;
specific anorectal affections (including tubercular, fungous);
first trimester of pregnancy.
Special instructions:
It is necessary to consider, that in case of applying a big quantity of medicine to the damaged skin or mucous membranes slowing-down of regeneration processes is marked.
Side effects:
Focal reactions: in certain cases allergic reactions.
At application of the medicine in a recommended doze there were no toxic effects revealed.
