Therapeutic actions:
Anticoagulation, angioprotectional, profibrinolytic, antithrombotic.
What is it used for?:
Angiopathy with the high risk of clottage, including after the old myocardial infarction: stroke, including the acuity period of an ischemic insult and the period of early restoration; circulatory encephalopathy caused by an atherosclerosis, a diabetes, hypertonia; vascular dementia; arterial occlusive disease of atherosclerotic and diabetic genesis; thromboses of deep veins; microangiopathy (nephropathy, retinopathy, neuropathy); thrombophilia, antiphospholipid syndrome (together with acetylsalicylic acid).
Contraindications and cautions:
Hypersensitivity, hemorrhagic diathesis and the hypinosis diseases, pregnancy (I trimester). Pregnancy and breast-feeding:
For pregnant women it is prescribed under strict supervision of the doctor.
Side effects - Vessel Due (Sulodexide):
GIT: nausea, emesis, pain in epigastrium.
Allergic reactions: rash.
Other: pain, burning, hematoma in the place of injection.
Interactions:
Simultaneous use with the medicines influencing hemostasis system (direct and indirect anticoagulants, antiaggregant) is not recommended.
