Therapeutic actions:
After one time injection the drug works for 7-14 days. By binding with receptors the drug enters the nucleus and activates the synthesis of RNA. It contributes to change in the mucous membrane of the womb from proliferation in to the secretory form thus helping in the egg development and implantation. The action is the same as the natural hormone.

• Reccurent miscarriages with identified progesterone insufficiency
• Amenorrhea
• Vaginal bleeding
Contraindications and cautions:

• Hepatitis
• Renal insufficiency
• Mammary gland or genitals cancer
• Disposition to thrombosis.
• Heart related disease
• Hypertension
• Diabetes
• Asthma
• Epilepsy
• Migraines
• Depression
• Pregnancy
• Lactation period
• Hyperlipoproteinemia
