The Pharmacological effect of Thiotriazoline is caused by activation of antioxidant system and inhibition of peroxidic oxidation of lipids in the ischemic parts of the eye tissue, decrease in the severeness of neural dysfunctions, increases the intensity of tissue reparation, lowers the inflammation of the tissue, improves the blood circulation in the eye tissue. Thiotriazoline promotes the restoration of cornea sensitivity, and lowers the possibility of different complications occurring.
What is it used for?: (Indications:)
Thiotriazoline is used to treat eye trauma and burns of the eyeball. Inflammation of the eye, conjunctivitis of virus origin and keratitis. The preparation also promotes early restoration of cornea sensitivity. Contraindications and cautions: Hypersensitivity to thiotriazoline and its derivatives.
