Description
Aurobin ointment has been
used for the treatment of scleroderma foci localized on the external genitals. Combined medication for the local application. The action of the ointment is
determined by its component properties: prednisolone is the non- halogenated
glucocorticoid, lidocaine hydrochloride is the local anesthetic, dexpanthenol
is the substance stimulating the regeneration of the epithelium, triclosan is
the broad-spectrum antimicrobial agent. The ointment has the anti-inflammatory,
antiallergic, antiexudative, local analgesic, antiseptic action stimulating
regeneration.

What is it used for?: (Indications:)
Anal pruritus, eczema and perianal dermatitis, hemorrhoidal nodules, anal fistula, anopapillitis etc.
Contraindications and cautions:
viral infection, hyper sensibility to one of the ointment component parts. When applying to the large surfaces be aware of the absorption and the systemic effects, especially in the first trimester of pregnancy.
Side effects:
After the long-term treatment the skin atrophy, striations, and hypertrichosis are registered. If big rectum doses used then moderate tachycardia is observed.
